Taxes
Only orders that are shipped to destinations in California are subject to sales tax.
Order Fulfillment
Items that are in-stock normally ship within 1-4 business days from the day we receive your order. This does NOT include the transit/delivery time for your order.
International Shipping
You may be charged a customs fee by your country's customs for purchases entering from the US. Fees may vary. Mateo Ilasco is not responsible for any international customs fees incurred.
Return Policy/Order Deficiencies
At Mateo Ilasco, we value your satisfaction with our products. If you are not completely satisfied, you may exchange, replace, or credit your purchase when it is presented in saleable condition. Please contact us first for a return authorization number within 14 days from the receipt of the order. A return address will be provided when you contact us.
To return your order, please pack the merchandise along with a copy of your receipt and our return authorization number in the original shipping box or mailer. We highly recommend insuring the package.
Typographical Errors
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to a typographical error in pricing.
